As an organization grows and becomes more successful, the reality that there will be some form of employee fraud grows. It is something that no organization can avoid but they can do their best to prevent it. Expensive steps can be taken to reduce the threat of employee fraud such as hiring additional managers to drive from one job site to another wasting gas and time.
