This week there was an interesting discussion on a local radio station in Toronto about a new law being tested in England. For a six month trial; Government workers will no longer be paid for the time they spend away from work on a smoking break. The council said the move was aimed at making the issue of smoke breaks fair for individuals who did not smoke.
